World Journal of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Research

PEER REVIEW PROCESS

The World Journal of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Research (WJPPR) follows a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process to ensure the publication of high-quality, original, and scientifically sound research. The review process is designed to maintain academic integrity, research quality, transparency, and fairness throughout the publication workflow.

INITIAL EDITORIAL ASSESSMENT

Upon submission, each manuscript undergoes an initial screening by the Editorial Office to evaluate:

  • Scope and relevance to the journal
  • Manuscript completeness
  • Compliance with author guidelines
  • Ethical considerations
  • Originality and plagiarism concerns
  • Scientific suitability for peer review

Manuscripts that do not meet the journal's basic requirements may be returned to the authors for correction or declined before entering the peer review process.

DOUBLE-BLIND PEER REVIEW

Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial editorial assessment are forwarded for Double-Blind Peer Review by qualified subject experts.

Under the Double-Blind Peer Review model:

  • Authors do not know the identity of reviewers.
  • Reviewers do not know the identity of authors.

This process helps ensure an unbiased, objective, and independent evaluation of submitted research.

  • Review manuscripts objectively and fairly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of submitted manuscripts.
  • Disclose any conflicts of interest.
  • Provide constructive and professional feedback.
  • Evaluate the scientific merit, originality, methodology, and relevance of the research.
