Authors whose manuscripts have been accepted for publication in the World Journal of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Research (WJPPR) are required to submit a duly signed Copyright Transfer and Author Declaration Form before publication.

The purpose of this policy is to protect the rights of authors, ensure compliance with publication ethics, maintain academic integrity, and authorize the journal to publish accepted manuscripts.

The corresponding author, on behalf of all co-authors, hereby declares that:

ORIGINALITY

• The manuscript is original and has been prepared by the listed author(s).
• The work has not been previously published in any journal, book, conference proceeding, repository, or other publication.
• The manuscript does not contain any unlawful, defamatory, or copyrighted material without appropriate permission.

EXCLUSIVE SUBMISSION

• The manuscript is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
• The manuscript will not be submitted to another journal while under review or publication with WJPPR.

AUTHORSHIP

• All listed authors have made significant contributions to the research.
• All authors have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript.
• The order of authors has been agreed upon by all contributors.

ETHICAL COMPLIANCE

• The manuscript complies with accepted ethical and scientific standards.
• All required permissions, ethical approvals, and informed consents have been obtained where applicable.

PLAGIARISM

• The manuscript is free from plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, data falsification, image manipulation, and any form of academic misconduct.

Upon acceptance and publication, the authors grant WJPPR the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, index, preserve, and maintain the article as part of the journal's published content.

The journal may publish the article in electronic, online, archived, indexed, and future digital formats for scholarly communication and long-term preservation purposes.

Authors remain responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and originality of the published work.

• Use their published work for academic, educational, and research purposes.
• Share copies of the published article with colleagues and students.
• Include the article in theses, dissertations, books, or institutional repositories with proper acknowledgment of the original publication in WJPPR.
• Use published content for non-commercial scholarly activities.

Proper citation and acknowledgment of the original publication in WJPPR must be provided whenever the work is reused, shared, or distributed.

Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts do not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

Authors are solely responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted figures, tables, images, illustrations, datasets, or other materials where required.

If Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools have been used during manuscript preparation, authors must disclose such use within the manuscript.

AI tools cannot be listed as authors of a manuscript. Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, integrity, authenticity, and scientific validity of all submitted content.

The Copyright Transfer and Author Declaration Form should include:

• Manuscript Title
• Manuscript ID (if assigned)
• Corresponding Author Name
• Institution / Affiliation
• Email Address
• Contact Number
• Names of Co-Authors
• Author Signatures
• Date of Submission

The completed and signed Copyright Transfer and Author Declaration Form should be submitted along with the final accepted manuscript or as instructed by the Editorial Office.

Failure to submit the required form may delay the publication process.
