Authors will receive payment instructions from the Editorial Office only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

Authors are advised not to make any payment before receiving the official acceptance notification and payment instructions from the journal.

Accepted payment methods and payment details will be communicated individually to the corresponding author.

Publication charges are generally non-refundable once a manuscript has entered the publication process or has been published online.

Refund requests, if any, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the journal's editorial policies, publication status, and applicable circumstances.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refund requests.

The Editorial Board may consider partial fee waivers, discounts, or special concessions in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

Authors requesting fee concessions should contact the Editorial Office before publication and provide appropriate justification for consideration.

Approval of waivers or discounts is not guaranteed and will be evaluated individually.
